Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Listmage website at listmage.com and the Listmage application installed from the Shopify App Store (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Sabir Ali, a sole proprietor based in Lahore, Pakistan (“Listmage,” “we,” “us”). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the Shopify store on which you install the Service. The Service is intended for businesses, not consumers.

The Service

Listmage generates product-listing content for Shopify stores, including titles, descriptions, bullet points, metadata, image alt text, advertising copy, and email sequences, from product information you provide or import from public AliExpress product pages. Features available to you depend on your plan.

Accounts and Shopify

The Service is installed and authenticated through Shopify. You are responsible for your Shopify account, your store, and all activity that occurs through your installation of the Service. You authorize us to access your store data through Shopify’s APIs as needed to provide the Service.

Plans, Billing, and Fair Use

The Service is offered on a free plan and several paid plans. The features, monthly listing limits, and prices of each plan are shown in the Service and on our pricing page, and may change over time. All payments are processed by Shopify through the Shopify Billing API; we do not collect or handle your payment details. Plan charges, renewals, cancellations, and any refunds are handled in accordance with Shopify’s billing system and policies.

The free plan is intended for genuine evaluation on a live production store and is subject to conditions including production-store-only access, account-age and activity checks, and a visible attribution notice on generated content. We enforce limits and abuse protections to keep the free plan available to legitimate users.

Each plan provides a fixed monthly listing allowance — the highest plan provides 2,000 listings per calendar month. Usage beyond your plan’s allowance may be paused until the next billing period or require an upgrade.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: circumvent or attempt to circumvent plan limits, usage caps, or abuse protections; create multiple accounts or installations to obtain additional free usage; resell, redistribute, or offer the Service’s generation capability as a competing service; use the Service to generate unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or spam content; use the Service to import or process data you do not have the right to use; or interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Acceptable Use — Product Data

Listmage is designed exclusively for importing product information from AliExpress for use in legitimate dropshipping. You may only use Listmage to generate listings for: (1) products you own or manufacture, (2) products you are officially licensed to sell, or (3) products you source through legitimate dropshipping arrangements such as AliExpress. Listmage must not be used to copy or duplicate product listings from other online stores, marketplaces, or websites without the rights holder’s explicit permission. Violation of this policy will result in account termination.

Intellectual Property

As between you and us, you own the listing content the Service generates for you, and you are responsible for how you use and publish it. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs and store your inputs and outputs solely to provide and operate the Service. We retain all rights in the Service itself, including its software, design, and the Listmage name and branding.

Third-Party Services and Content

The Service depends on third parties including Shopify, Anthropic, and the AliExpress platform. We are not responsible for those services or their availability. The AliExpress import feature retrieves publicly available product information; you are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any product data, images, or content you import or publish.

AI-Generated Content

Listing content is produced by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, generic, or not unique to you. You must review all generated content before publishing it, and you are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and regulatory compliance of any content you publish to your store or advertising channels.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Listmage will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Listmage from any claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, the content you generate or publish, or your violation of these Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app from your store. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or our abuse protections, or if required by law. On uninstall, your associated store data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may modify the Service or these Terms from time to time. When we change these Terms, we will update the “Last updated” date above; material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts located in Lahore, Pakistan will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
